Chilli potato

Chilli Potato



Ingredients:

1. Potato : 3 medium sizes.
2. Big onion : 3 or 4nos.
3. Ginger : 1 small pieces.
4. Garlic: 5 or 6 cloves.
5. Chilli chicken Masala : 6 table spoon
6. Salt : required quantity.
7. Corn flour : 2 table spoon.
8. Any vegetable oil: 3 table spoon.
9. Capsicum : 1/2 piece.
10. Soya sauce : 1/2 tspn
11. Tomato Sauce : 5 spoon.
12. Coriander leaves - few
13. Sugar - 1 tspn

Preparation:

Take potato and peel it out and wash it well. Then cut it into small finger shape pieces. Then heat a pan and add 1 table spoon oil and add potato and 2 spoon chilli chicken and 1  cup of water into it and cook for few minutes. The potato does not be overcooked. Take another pan or can be use the same pan.
Cut onion, ginger and garlic into smaller pieces . heat the pan add oil and add cutted above pieces into it and stir well untill onion become golden colour. Add small pieces of capsicum and fry it again by adding few oil. Then add 3 spoon. Chilli chicken Marsala into it and stir it well. Then take 1 cup of water and add  cornflour into it and mix it well and add into the fried onion mix. Boil it and add cooked potato into it. Add sauces then mix it well. Add 1 spoon sugar to taste well. Add salt in the required quantity. Add few coriander leaves to it. 

Sweet chilli potato is ready which can be served with fried rice and chappathi
