CHOCOLATE BROWNIE

Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

1. Flour : 1 cup
2. Butter : 1 cup
3. Sugar : 2 cup
4. Eggs : 4 large
5. Vanilla essence : 2 tsp
6. Cocoa powder : ¾ tsp
7. Baking powder : ½ tsp
8. Salt : ¼ tsp
9. Walnut : 2 cups

Directions for Preparation
Pre – heat the CONVECTION oven setting to 1800C. Grease a baking pan. In a bowl beat the butter and sugar till light. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Add the vanilla essence. Add the cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. If it is not too dark, add ½ tsp instant coffee powder. Fold in the flour and nuts. Pour into dish. Bake on CONVECTION 1800C for 30 minutes.
Tips :
Do not leave the brownie in the oven for a minute longer than necessary. Brownies do not need refrigeration. It should always be a little soft and glooey in the centre. They should last for a week easily, If you can resist eating them!!!
