Pumpkin Ice cream
Ingredients:
1. Riped pumpkin: 200 gm.
2. Sugar : 2 cup.
3. Milk :1/2 litre.
4.Milkmade :1/2 cup.
5. Fresh cream : 1 cup
6. Vanilla essence :1/4 teaspoon
7. Pineapple and 1/2 cup sugarsyrup
Preparation:
Take pumpkin, 1 teaspoon sugar and 1/4 cup milk in a rounded pan and cook it well. Take another pan, add 1/2 litre milk and 2 cup sugar and cook it until it becomes thicker. Then add milkmade and vanilla essence, mix it well then cool it. Grind cooked pumpkin mix in the mixie and beat it with the cooled above mix. Then bind fresh cream. Take 4 or 5 pieces of pineapple and cut it into small pieces. Then heat it with 1/2 cup sugarsyrup. Garnish the pumpkin mix with pineapple mix. This is not necessary. Then cool it in the freezer. Increase the cooling of fridge. Take the ice cream after 2 or 3 hours. Tasty pumpkin ice cream is ready.
