Chicken Lollypop
Ingredients
1. Chicken leg : 4 pieces
2. Egg : 1 no.
3. Any vegetable oil : 1 ½ cup
4. Rusk powder : 1 cup
5. Pepper powder : 2 tablespoon
6. Soya sauce : ½ table spoon
7. Chilli sauce : ½ table spoon
8. Salt : required quantity
9. Garlic : 5 cloves
10. Ginger : 1 small pieces
11. Curd : 3 tablespoon
Preparation
1. Take 5 to 11 ingredients and make them as a paste. Then cover the chicken legs with these paste and put it in the fridge for 5 to 8 hours.
2. Beat an egg well.
3. Cook the covered chicken in an Idly pan (cook it in a cooker for 2 minutes by adding 3 or 4 table spoon water).
4. Check the chicken leg is covered with masala. Then take one piece leg and dip it in the beaten egg. Then again dip it in rusk powder and fry it in a pan by heating oil.
Chicken lollypop is Ready to serve.
