Vegetable Noodles

Vegetable Noodles

Ingredients
1.    Noodles : 250 gm
2.    Spring Onion (Cut into small pieces) : ¼ cup
3.    Cabbage, Carrot, Capsicum (Cut into small long pieces) : 11/2 cup
4.    Pepper powder  : 2  tablespoon
5.    Soya sauce : 2 table spoon
6.    red chilli powder : ½ tablespoon
7.    Salt : required quantity
8.    Sugar : 1 spoon
9.    Any vegetable oil : 5 spoon
10.  Corn flour : 1 tablespoon
11.  Tomato sauce : 1 tablespoon

For preparing Noodles :
First boil 3 cup of water in curve bowl and add few salt and 1 spoon oil to it and put noodles into it and cook for a while. Check noodles are cooked. Then drain the water. Wash the noodles in the cold water. Drain it again. Take a pan and add 2 spoon oil and fry the noodles  for  few seconds. Then put it in the serving pan.
For preparing Vegetables Noodles
      Take the same pan and heat 2 tablespoon oil and put pieces of spring onion, cabbage, carrot and capsicum. Fry it for few seconds. Then add soya sauce, red chilli powder and salt, pepper powder and add ¼ cup corn flour mixed  water. Stir it well. Add noodles into it and mix it well. Add 1 spoon sugar and 1 tablespoon tomato sauce and stir it well.
Serve it with tomato sauce to kids and everyone.
