Finger Licken Fried Chicken
Ingredients :
1. 12 boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
2. 4 eggs
3. 1/2 cup milk or 1/2 & 1/2
4. 2 cup flour
5. 2 cup finely crushed rice krispies or Cornflakes
6. (to taste) salt & pepper
7. 1 cup vegetable oil
Preparation

Mix eggs and milk (1/2&1/2)

Combine flour finely crushed rice krispies and seasoning in a large bowl until fully mixed

Add vegetable oil into your deep frier or a large frying pan on medium high heat
|

Dip your chicken in your flour mix then egg wash then flour mix again. (Repeat for each piece)

Drop your chicken in and let fry for 10 to 12 minutes.

Let you chicken rest on a paper towel for approx 5 minutes then ENJOY!
