Mysore Pack
Ingredients:
Milk Powder : 1 cup
Maid a : 2 tablespoon
Ghee : 1 cup
Cardamom Powder : 1/2 tsp
Salt : 1 pinch
Preparation:
Take a curved pan, add 1/2 cup water and sugar into the pan and boil it until it becomes slightly thick.
Take a bowl and mix other ingredients (1 spoon ghee) very well. Add the mixed ingredients into the boiled sugar and stir well for 2 - 3 minutes. Then add another 2 spoon ghee into the mix and then cook again 2-3 minutes.
Take a wide plate and spread some ghee in it and put the mix into the plate and spread it speedily and wait for cooling the mix.
Then cut into different shapes and serve it.
