Ingredients needed
Cabbage - 3 cups (finely chopped)
Small onions-cheru ulli -4 (finely chopped)
Green chilli- 2-3 slit
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Coconut oil -2 tsp
Salt needed
Curry leaves -few
Grated coconut -1/3 cup
For the seasoning
Pure Coconut Oil -1 tbsp
Mustard seeds -1 tsp
Curry leaves- few
Preparation
Finely chop cabbage.
Cut small onions and green chillies into small pieces.
Take a pan and add oil. When oil becomes hot, add mustard seeds and then add pieces of onion and green chillies. After few second, add chopped cabbage. Stir well, add necessary salt and then cover with a lid for 2 to 3 minutes.
Open it and stir well, add salt if necessary, add grated coconut into it and mix well and cook for few second. Turn off the gas and garnish with curry leaves
