Palakkadan Mulaku varutha puli
1 Thamarind : 1 large ball
2 Green chilly : 3 or 4 nos.
3 Small onion : 10 nos.
4 Mustard : 1 tablespoon
5 Salt : Required quantity
6 Red chilly : 2 or 3 nos.
7 Curry leaves : few
8 Coconut oil : 2 Tablespoon
Squeeze Thamarind in 2 cups of water. Cut small onion, green chillies into small pieces.Take a bowl shape pan and heat coconut oil. Put mustard and red chilly and then put small onion and green chillies into the pan and stir it well. after it becomes brown add filtered thamarind water to the pan and cook for few minutes. Add required quantity of Salt. Then add curry leaves to it for seasoning.
