Idiyappam
2. Water : 1 cup
3. Salt : 1 spoon
4. Coconut Oil : 1 Tablespoon
5. Grated Coconut : 1/2 cup
Preparation
Boil water and then add Salt and oil. Then add Ricepowder slowly and stir it well.When this mix turn into paste, turn off gas and wait for the mix to cool. Then smash it with hand to make the mix into smooth and soft paste. Take the Iddlymaking vessel and spread grated coconut into the plates of these vessel. Then put Paste into Idiyappampresser and squeeze the mix into the plates of the vessel and steam cook for few minutes.
Idiyappam is ready to serve with Egg Curry,Greenpiece curry and Chicken curry.
