RICE PATHIRI

1. Rice Powder(Fried)                      : 1 1/2 cup

2. Water                                               : 1 1/2 cup

3. Salt                                                   : 1 spoon

4. Oil                                                     : 1 Tablespoon

Preparation

                          Boil water and then add Salt and oil. Then add Ricepowder slowly and stir it well. Dicrease the Gas and stir it again untill it becomes paste like Attamavu. Then tightly close the vessel untill it becomes cool. Then open it and smash it with hand until the paste become so soft ( You can add Rice powder to soften if necessary). Then make into small ball and spread it like chapathi and cook it in a pan.Pathiri is ready eat.

Pathiri is Ready and have it with Egg Curry and Chicken Curry.
