Chocolate Cake
Ingradients
1.Maida - 2 Cup
2.Sugar - 1Cup
3.Dalda/ Butter - 3/4 Cup
4.Egg - 3 nos.
5.Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
6.Coco powder - 5 tablespoon
7.Cold milk - 8 tablespoon
8.Baking powder - 2 teaspoon
Preparation:
Take Maida and baking powder and mix it well. Take sugar in a small mixie jar and make into sugar powder. Take a medium size bowl and put sugar powder and few melted dalda/butter into it and beat it well for few minute.Add eggs and beat again well. Add vanilla essence. Take cocopowder and mix it with 5 spoon cold milk and make it as a paste and then add it with beated sugar,egg and dalda. mix it with beater and slowly add (maida,baking powder) mix and stir it well with a spoon .You can add 2 or 3 tablespoon cold milk into the mix. You can add nuts to get more taste. Take Baking pan and put butter paper into the bottom of the pan by cutting in the shape of the pan .Put this mix into baking pan. The Oven must be preheated in 160 digree and put the pan into the oven and press the convection butten and make into 180 digree . Bake it for 40 minutes
