Ingrediants
1. Pumpkin : 100 gram
2. Chena( Yam) : 50 gram
3. Carrot : 2 nos.
4. Drum sticks : 2 nos.
5. Long beans : 4 or 5 nos.
6. Chinese potato (Koorka) : 50 gram
7. Snake guard ( Padavalanga) : 50 gram
8.Cucumber : 50 gram
9. Brinjal : 25 gram
10 Green chilli : 3 or 4 nos.
11. Coconut (grated) : 1 cup
12. Small jeerakam(small fennel) : 2 teaspoon
13 Salt : Required quantity
14. Curd : 1/2 cup
15. Coconut oil : 4 teaspoon
16. Curry leaves : few
Preperation
Cut all the vegetables in thin finger shape pieces and clean these pieces in water and drain it. Cook these vegetable pieces by adding turmeric powder, few salt and 1 cup water for 10- 15 minutes. Take grated coconut, small fennel, green chillies into mixie jar and smash it for few seconds. Add these to the cooked vegetable pieces and stir it well . Add curd and salt into this and again stir well and cook for few seconds. Finally add coconut oil and curry leaves and stir again. Then taste it. If salt is needed , add it.
