Fish Fry
1. Any Fish : 250 gram
2. Chilly powder : 3or 4 teaspoon
3. Turmeric powder : 1/2 teaspoon
4. Pepper powder : 2 teaspoon
5. Garlic : 4 or 5 cloves
6. Ginger : 1 small piece
7. Salt : Required quantity
8. Any vegetable oil : 6-10 teaspoon
Clean the fish and make a paste by mixing 2-7 ingrediants with water and stir it with fish with hand and keep aside for 15 minutes. Take a wide pan and put sufficient oil to fry the fish. You can add curry leaves for non stick the fish. When fish becomes brown in clour take fish from oil and serve with rice, chappathi.
