Chilly Chicken


Ingrediants

1. Chicken(Cut into very small pieces)    : 1/2 kg

2. Cornflour                                                 : 1/2 cup

3. Maida                                                      : 1/2 cup

4.Baking powder                                        : 1/2 teaspoon

5. Chillychicken masala
     Or garam masala                                 : 50 gram

6. Turmeric powder                                   : 1/4 teaspoon

7. Red chilli powder                                   : 1 tspn

8. Big onion                                                : 3 nos.

9. Ginger                                                     : 1 small piece

10. Garlic                                                      : 3 -5 cloves

11.Salt                                                        : Required quantity

12. Soya souce                                         : 1 teaspoon

13.Tomato souce                                     : 4-5 teaspoon

14. Sugar                                                   : 1 1/2 teaspoon

15. Lemon juice/ Viniger                           : 2-5 teaspoon

16. Egg                                                      : 1 no.

17. Water                                                    : Required quantity

18. Coriander leaves                                : few

19. Any vegetable oil                               : 2cup

20. Capsicum                                           : 1 medium size(cut into small square pieces)

Preperation

                   Clean the chicken pieces and coat it with lemon juice(viniger)  and few salt for few minutes. Take a big bowl and put 3 teaspoon cornflour,4 teaspoon maida, baking powder, 4-5 teaspoon chillichicken masala, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 tspn chilli powder,1 egg(not necessary. You can use water also)and required salt . By adding few water make these contents into paste . clean the chicken pieces and put these into the paste and stir it well to catch the paste into the chicken pieces very well. Take a bowl shape pan and add 2 cup any vegetable oil to it and when the oil become too hot, put the chicken pieces into the oil and fry it till it becomes reddish colour. Repeat the process and put the fried chicken pieces into plate by placing tissue paper on it.

                  Cut Big onion, ginger, garlic into very small pieces and fry it by adding 2 or 3 teaspoon of any vegetable oil. When it becomes golden brown add square pieces of capsicum and stir well, add  3 teaspoon chillichicken masala,1 teaspoon soya souce and 2 teaspoon tomato souce into it and stir it well for few seconds. Then add 11/2 cup water with 2 1/2  teaspoon cornflour and wait for boiling. Add fried chicken into it and stir it well.Add required salt into it and cook for a while . Add 1 or 2  teaspoon tomato souce , teaspoon sugar and chopped coriander leaves to it and stir it well.


 Tasty chillichicken is ready to serve with chappathi, parotta , fried rice
