Dragon Chicken

Ingredients for frying
1. Boneless Chicken : 500 gm
2. Chillypowder : 11/2 tablespoon
3. Soya sauce : 1/2 spoon
4. Tomato sauce : 1 spoon 
5. Turmeric powder : 1/4 spoon
6. Salt : required quantity
7. Red chilly flakes : 2 spoon
8. Any vegetable oil : 11/2 cup

Preparation for frying
Clean chicken and cut it into rectangle thin pieces and mix all the 2 - 7 ingredients above and mix it well with hand and wait for 5 minutes. Take a pan,  heat oil and fry the covered chicken very well. Take these fried chicken and put it on a tissue paper covered plate and remove the oil from the pan.

Ingredients for gravy
1. Big onion : 3 nos.
2. Garlic : 6 cloves
3. Soya sauce : 1/2 teaspoon
4. Tomato sauce : 4 spoon
5. Capsicum : 1 small no.
6. Red chilly flakes : 3 spoon
7. Salt : required quantity
8. Coriander leaves : few
9. Same veg. Oil : 3 spoon

Preparation for gravy
Cut big onion into small square pieces. Cut garlic into small pieces. Fry these in the same pan by adding same 3 spoon veg oil used for frying. Fry it by adding salt. Then add soya sauce, 2 spoon tomato sauce and square cutted capsicum and mix well and cook for a while. Then add fried chicken and mix well. Add chilly flakes and mix well again. Add salt if necessary. Add again 2 spoon tomato sauce and stir it well. Garnish it with coriander leaves.

Serve Dragon chicken with Chappatti or Fried Rice
