Nadan Chicken Fry


1.  Medium Size Chicken Pieces       : 500 gram

2. Chilly powder                               : 3 teaspoon

3. Turmeric Powder                          : 1/2 teaspoon

4. Coriander Powder                        : 2 teaspoon

5. Pepper Powder                            : 2 teaspoon

6. Lemon juice                                  : 4-5 teaspoon

7. Salt                                               : Required quantity

8. Garam Masala                              : 2 teaspoon

9. Any vegetable oil                          : 1 cup

10 Curry leaves                                : few

 Preperation


           Clean the medium size chicken pieces.Take 2-8 ingrediants in a bowl and by adding required water and make into paste and mix it with all the ingrediants above mentioned . Keep it aside for 15 minutes. Take a wide pan and heat the oil and put few curry leaves. Then put the pasted chicken pieces into the oil. Fry it well for few minutes. When chicken pieces turn into brown in colour. Take pieces from oil and serve with Any food with salad.
