Kongini Laddu
Ingredients:
1. Kadalamavu (Gram flour) : 250 gm.
2. Powdered sugar : 11/2 cup
3. Ghee : 1 1/2 cup
Preparation:
Take kadala mavu (gram flour)and ghee and mix well it with hand for few minutes. Then fry it in hot pan until it turns into shallow brown. Then turn off the gas. Add powdered sugar to it . Then take small quantity into the hand and make it into small ball shape. Repeat the process we will get more laddus. Delicious kongini laddu is ready.
