Prawn fry
Ingredients
1. Small size prawns : 200 gm
2. Small onion (big onion): 150 gm
3. Red chillies: 8 to 12 nos.
4. Coconut or any vegetable oil: 3 tablespoon
5. Salt : required quantity
6. Turmeric powder: 1/2 spoon
7. Curry leaves: few
Preparation
Clean prawns and cook it by adding 1 cup of water and turmeric powder into it. Grind well red chillies and onion in a mixie.Take a pan, add oil and then add grated red chillies-onion mix into the pan and fry it for a while. After a few minutes add cooked prawn and stir it well and cook for few minute. If you want salt more, add it.Then garnish it with curry leaves and turn off the gas. Tasty Prawn Fry is ready. This can be served with rice or chappathi.
