Ingredients
1. Rice powder : 1 1/2 cup2. Jackfruit : 10 cloves
3. Jaggery : 200 gram
4. Salt : 1 pinch
5. Ghee : 2 table spoon
6. Water : 11/2 cup
7. Banana leaves : rectangle pieces : 10 nos.
Preparation
Clean jackfruit and cut into small pieces. Take a mixie jar and Put these pieces and grind well. Take the jaggery and smash well (Take a newspaper and cover the jaggery with paper and smash it with hammer or any solid items) and put it into a curved pan. Add 1cup water and boil it untill it melts.Filter it. Take a pan add rice powder, salt, jackfruit paste, ghee. Add melted and filtered jaggery slowly and mix well with hand. When it becomes thick paste, stop adding jaggery.Take rectangular piece of banana leave and put thick paste into it and close the leave and press it with hand.Repeat this process. Take Iddli making pan and add 2 cup water into it and put one Iddly thattu and put the closed banana content on that plate one by one and close with lid. Cook for 10 minutes. After ten minute Open the lid and check whether it is cooked.Tasty Jackfruit Ada is ready.
