Ingredients


1. Egg : 3 nos.
2. Big Onion : 2 nos.
3. Green chilly : 2 nos.
4. Salt : Required quantity
5. Any vegetable oil : 2 spoon
6. Mustard : 1/4 spoon
7. Curry leaves : few

Preparation


Take Eggs in a pan and beat well. Cut Big onions and green chillies into very small pieces. In a pan add oil and when the oil become hot add mustard then add cutted onion and chillies and fry for few seconds. Add beaten egg and required salt and curry leaves and scramble for 1 minute. Serve hot with Rice.
