Rasgulla

Ingradients

1. Milk - 4 liter
2. Flour - 550 gm
3. Sugar - 2 cup
4. Cardamoms (take only seeds) - 4
5. Rose water - 1 tsp
6. Juice - 1 lime

Cooking Directions

Boil milk and add the juice of a lime to make it curdle and strain through a muslin cloth.
Knead it with the flour until smooth, make small balls, putting a little sugar and cardamom seeds inside each.
Simmer in boiling syrup made from sugar and water until the rasgullas rise to the top.
Remove and sprinkle rose water on them.
The syrup must be kept very thin all the time and water should be added if it becomes too thick .
