EGG CURRY

Egg Curry


1. Egg                                       :  3 or 4 No.s

2. Big Onion                              : 3 No.s

3. Ginger                                   : 1 Small Piece

4.Garlic                                     : 4 or 5 Pieces

5. Tomato                                 : 2 No.s

6. Curryleaves (curryveppila
               and Malliyila)              : few

7. Garam Masala                       : 1 or 2 spoon

8. Red chilly Powder                  : 1 spoon

9.Turmeric Powder                    : Half spoon

10. Salt                                      : Required Quantity

11. Oil                                       :3 or 4 Tablespoon

12. Coconut Milk                       : 1 Cup

                      Cut the Big Onion into pieces and cut Garlic and Ginger into small pieces and fry it in a Pan with 3 or 4 Tablespoon any Oil. Put few salt in it and fry deeply. Then put Pieces of Tomato and fry again for 2 minutes and then Put Red chilly powder , Garam Masala and Turmeric Powder in it and fry by adding half spoon oil. Then add Half cup Water and boil it . After 1 minute Add 1 Cup Coconut Milk and stir it well. Then add salt if necessary Turn off the Gas and Garnish it with Curry Leaves.
