Green peas Roast
Ingrediants
1. Green Peas : 1 cup
2. Big Onion : 3 or 4 nos.
3. Ginger : 1 small piece
4. Garlic : 4 or 5 cloves
5. Tomato : 2 nos.
6. Salt : Required quantity
7. Turmeric powder : 1/4 tablespoon
8. Coriander powder : 2 or 3 tablespoon\
9. Red chilly powder :11/2 tablespoon
10. Garam masalal : 1 tablespoon
11. Meat masala : 1 tablespoon
12. Curry leaves and coriander leaves : few
13. Any vegetable oil : 4 tablespoon
Put green piece in water for 6 to 8 hrs .Cook green piece by adding few salt and 1 cup water in a cooker for 1 or 2 whistle may come. Take a wide pan add 3 or 4 tablespoon any vegetable oil into it .Cut big onion , ginger, garlic and few curry leaves into small pieces and add these pieces into heated oil. Fry it until it becomes golden brown. Then add cutted tomato pieces into it and stir it well. Then add red chilly powder,turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala into it and stir it well . Then add cooked green piece and 1/4 cup water into it and again stir it well. Then add meat masala and again cook for while. Turn off the gas and garnish it with curry leaves and coriander leaves
Green piece roast is ready to serve with chappathi
