Chettinadu dosa

Chettinadu Does

Ingredients

1.Dosa mavu: 6 cup
2. Big onion: 2 nos. ( cut into small pieces)
3. Tomato : 1 no. (Cut into small pieces)
4. Green chilly: 1 no. (    ,,    )
5. Red chilly powder: 1 spoon
6. Coriander powder: 1/2 spoon
7. Turmeric powder: 1/4 spoon
8. Ginger, garlic paste: 1/2 spoon
9. Coriander leaves: few
10. Salt: required quantity
11. Any oil : required quantity

Preparation

Take a pan and heat oil and fry garlic - ginger paste and fry for a while. Add onion, green chilly and given masala and salt to it . when it turned into light brown add cutter tomato and stir it well. Then add 1/4 cup water and cook until it become thick paste.
Take dosamavu add necessary salt and take a wide pan. Heat it and spread  dalda or ghee and make a dosa and spread the above masala paste in the middle of the dosa and round it . It can serve with chatni.
