Chicken Rolls

Ingredients for making roll

1. Maida: 250 gm.
2. Yeast: 2tablespoon
3. Sugar: 1 tablespoon
4. Milk powder: 1 tablespoon(not necessary)
5. Vanaspati: 1 tablespoon
6. Egg: 1 no.
Mix them well and wait for 3 hrs. For softening the mix like parotta mavu.

7. Big onion: 2 no.
8. green chillies: 2 now.
9. ginger: 1 small piece
10. Chicken: (take only boneless pieces and cook it by adding 1/2 spoon chilly powder, 2 spoon coriander powder, 1 spoon garam masala and required salt and mince the chicken pieces using mixie): 500 gm
11. Bread crumbs: 100 gm.
11. Egg : 1 no.
12. Any vegetable oil: 2 cups for frying roll & for frying onion : 2 tablespoon

Preparation

Fry onion in a pan by adding few oil. Then add cutter ginger and garlic and fry again. Then add minced chicken and mix well
Take the above paste and make it into as chappathi shape.then put the chicken mix in the middle and roll it. Then dip this into the beated egg, then spread the bread crumbs and fry it in a pan by heating 2 cups of any vegetable oil.

Chicken roll is ready
