Tapioca (Kappa) puzhukku

Tapioca

Ingredients

1.Tapioca: 1 kg.
2. Small onioin: 10 now.
3. Green chilly: 3 or 4 now.
4. Garlic : 3 to 5 pieces.
5. Turmeric powder: 1/4 spoon.
6. Coconut or any vegetable oil:  3 spoon
7. Grated coconut: 1/2 cup.
8. Cumin seeds: 1/4 spoon
9. Curry leaves: few now.
10. Salt : required quantity

Preparation

Take tapioca and peel it and clean it. Cut into small square  pieces. Take a cooker, add 5 to 7 cup of water and put the tapioca pieces into it and add 2 spoon salt and cook until 1 whistle may come. After few minutes take the tapioca from cooker and filter it. 
Take grated coconut,onion, green chillies,garlic, turmeric powder into a jar and grate for 5 seconds. Take a rounded pan heat oil and add cumin seeds and curry leaves to it. Then add the grated mix and cooked tapioca to the pan. Mix it well and smash it with a spoon for a while. Add salt in required quantity. Close the pan with a lid and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Then open it. Mix it well. 

Tasty and delicious puzhukku is ready
