Instant Mango Pickle

Ingredients

1. Mango : Cut into small squarepieces : 1 - 2 nos.
2. Red chilly powder : 2 spoon.
3. Coconut oil : 2 spoon
4. Mustard : 1 spoon
5. Curry leaves : few
6. Salt : required quantity

Preparation

     Take a pan and addoil. When oil becomes hot put mustard and curry leaves. Add chilly powder and stir it. Suddenly add cut mango pieces and mix it well. Add salt and 1 or 2 spoon water and close it for few seconds. Then stir it well add oil and salt if necessary. Instant mango pickle is ready. You can serve it now. You can put into the fridge.
