SWISS ROLE



Ingredients


Egg-3
Castor Sugar-1 cup
Butter-150 gms
Vanilla Essence few drops
Refined Flour-1 1/2 cup flour
Baking Powder-1 tsp
Milk 1/2 cup
Sugar Syrup-1/2 bowl
Kissan Fruit Jam-3 tbsps if using only a single flavor

Preparation Method


Method: Preheat oven at 180 degrees. In a bowl beat eggs and sugar till fluffy. Add butter, flour, baking powder, milk and mix well. Put it in a greased tray and baking for 20minutes.once its cooled brush with sugar syrup. Spread jam and then roll it from one side to the other. Wrap it in a cling and refrigerate for 2 hours. Once chilled, cut and serve.
